Momentito ("we", "us") operates the waitlist at momentito.app. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you join the waitlist, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

1. What we collect

We collect only your email address when you submit the waitlist form. Nothing else — no name, no device data, no cookies, no tracking pixels.

2. Why we collect it

We use your email address for one purpose: to send you a single notification when the Momentito app is ready to download. We will not send newsletters, marketing sequences, or any other unsolicited messages.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the legal basis for processing your email address is your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting deletion (see section 6).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address. It is stored on infrastructure we operate (AWS). No third-party marketing platform receives it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email address until we send the launch notification and then delete it, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion at any time
• Withdraw consent without penalty
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Security

We use HTTPS for all data in transit and restrict access to stored email addresses. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable precautions.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Given the narrow scope of this waitlist, significant changes are unlikely.
